How to Join Files (001-002) Using HJSplit

Since pretty much all of our videos have been split into parts, and many people are wondering what to do with the parts, I have created a tutorial how to join the parts into an .avi video using a program called HJSplit. OBS!! HJSplit only works on Windows, so if you have another operating system, take a look HERE.

I tried to write the tutorial as detailed as possible, but if you have any questions, feel free to ask ^^

First, you’ll have to download HJSplit.
You can download it here: http://hjsplit.en.softonic.com/
(Click “Download” and then choose “Free download”)

HJSplit doesn’t need to be installed. You can run it directly by opening the zip file and clicking on “hjsplit.exe”. Before you start, remember that all the parts (.001, .002, .003 etc) HAVE to be in the same folder, and they have to have the same name or else it won’t work.

To join all the parts, open HJSplit and click on “Join”. Click on “Input File” and choose the .001 file. Click on “Output” and choose the desktop. Then click “Start”.
HJSplit is now working on joining the parts:
When it’s done, you should have a complete .avi video on your desktop:
